It's not only ridiculous, I suspect it's bollocks.

You suspect wrong. Talksport are reporting Vydra to Reading to be a goer. Twt as always.

Note Marvin Sordell has been released by Burnley. He was once well thought of. Only 24, but expect he will end up at a London club - Orient? score 20 odd and get back into the Championship

He would be worth a shout on a FAT. Low wages and a point to prove. Has potential but has gone stale of late. Something is not quite right at Burnley as they sold Jelle Vossen to Club Brugge yesterday after only 2 months @ Turf Moor.

Leicester City have pulled out of the race for Hull City winger Ahmed Elmohamady, according to Leicester Mercury football writer Rob Tanner.

Now this ^^^^^ is funny. They only made an enquiry ffs. Hardly makes it a race / bid for the player as some are suggesting. Lesta Mercury is almost as bad as the Hull Daily Fail.

++++++++++++++++

So all in all it is a pretty quiet day on deadline day. As many fans thought it would be. Roll on 6pm and Jim White can go home. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Apart from the hissy fitters - bed wetters and wum-mers that is.

Have we learnt nothing from our forays into the foreign market? Every striker has been a borderline disaster with other positions not really any better. Distinctly underwhelmed.

Leicester City pull out of race for in demand Hull City winger
Leicester City have pulled out of the race for Hull City winger Ahmed Elmohamady, according to Leicester Mercury football writer Rob Tanner. Newcastle United and Queens Park Rangers have both previously been linked with Egypt international.

The Foxes had enquired about Elmohamady yesterday and were quoted £7 million. City are now understood to have walked away from any potential deal for the winger. It is unknown whether Newcastle United and QPR are still interested.

City have since moved onto other attacking targets and have today completed the signing of Swansea City winger Nathan Dyer on a season-long loan.

DYER IS A damn sight cheaper ffs.
