maybe the MODS an delete these ****ish posts cos they arent really pertinent to the topic are they?
ta in advance OLM.

I must have been missed off that request, I certainly haven't been asked to PM the ****.

I don't have tactics. I'm not in a gang. I'm not having an argument. I don't want anybody else to join in, maybe he should take that advice onboard when offering his instructions & joining in on other people's conversations. I'm more than capable of taking anything on the chin from any of you ****s on here. The man called me out & has acted like a pompous know it all **** for his pointless & worthless posts. If people were threatened with bans for taking things too far you must have received on tonight. If the mods want people to take long running petty **** to PMs then perhaps the likes of Dutch could lead by example. He, like you, is a ****. The pair of you ****s have an ignore button & we know your a cowardly **** type who uses it.
Which bit of take it the **** in pm with me did you not understand?

Could be another reason he's not happy in the US - all that bloody flying. We shouldn't sign him - no stamina. 7 hour flight to Heathrow, less than 30 miles to Charlton. Perhaps he forgot to pack his boots ! Kids today !!
Actually Henry used to say that the hardest thing about the MLS was the travel involved. Other European players have also complained about it as well. It's certainly got to be hard on you if you have to fly for hours from one climate like NY to Cali a completely different climate and then play an 8 pm game which is 11pm NY time due to the three time zones you have to cross. It wouldn't surprise me if that was one of the reasons he wanted to play in England again. Also, who the **** wants to live in Chicago anyway? Crap city.

I can imagine and understand from when me and the Mrs last went stateside. Two destinations with almost polar opposite climates. Both destinations on the East coast and it was only 3.5 hours flight time I think.

Yes, indeed you do. You are. You've got completely the wrong end of the stick, AGAIN. You're just not cut out for this, are you? I've said absolutely nothing about my possessions, nor would it be my style to do so. We don't even own ONE home; we choose to rent a fairly modest apartment. That's all we need. My reference to three houses related to some other poster on here who, a couple of months ago, raised much mirth by claiming to have cars, homes, etc., that were obviously way beyond his means. Do another of your in-depth analyses to remind me which (well known) poster it was. Or maybe another of our enthralled readers will remember?
By the way, I'm English, from Ull. I missed very few of City's home or away games in all the years I lived in the UK. I have continued to follow them ever since we left. I follow as much as I can of all the PL teams, and have lengthy discussions about them every week with both my sons.
I will not reveal to you anything more than I already have about my own personal details. You would only accuse me of lying if I did. I will tell you that all four of our children have honours degrees, and three of them have successful CAREERS. The oldest one should also have one shortly, despite his handicap. All four of them have very high (national) honours in sports -- three of them in soccer, and all four in Track. I'm happy for you that your offspring are doing fairly well. Hopefully they will grow up as better people than the snobby poser you choose to project yourself as.
Now, once again, apologize like a man would.

Carear, apologise. English language.

**** off, sad irrelevant ****.

Yea and there are lots of examples like that. How about Salt Lake with its 0% humidity to one of the southern cities with 100% humidity? Or from SJ at a few feet in elevation to CO that is a mile high in elevation? Or LA which is still hot in winter to Toronto where it is snowing? The travel issue might be the biggest long term hurdle to the MLS. It also might be a way for teams like us to exploit European players before they get used to the travel by bidding for them after they have only been here a bit just like we have done with Maloney.

Sad ****. Best start to enjoy that retirement, you're a long time dead.

calm down son... it's only a forum... the doctor has warned you about your blood pressure............. (is that vein starting to pulsate in your temple?) go for a long walk fella. Take some nice deep breaths.you have to be careful at your age.

As said before, getting Gray would have been ace, but not getting him is not the end of the World.

£9m as well... it's overpriced.

Funny how Dyche was criticising teams like Derby for spending £5m at this level, only to go and nearly double that...

£8 million plus add one. We did well to resi

If he's that good why have Brentford sold him? Silly price perhaps?

Isn't that every fans argument when they miss out on a player?
I for one am really pissed off about this one. It is exactly like Rhodes deal, won't pay Huddersfield £8 million, every year after that we're trying to sign him for 12/13 million!

Blood pressure is fine, never been a problem.

I'm always calm. It's a forum Pattie, don't presume you can work out people's moods.

I'm a picture of health.

Aye. The real mistake appears to have been dicking Torino around over Abel.

We didn't dick abel around. I see it's already been said but they only wanted home on loan. Particularly with the potential (expected?) £8m write off of Jake Livermore, where's the benefit to us sending him on loan? He cost a lot of money, is more than capable at this level, and if anyone wants him they came pay his due. There is **** all business sense in sending such an expensive player out for a season with basically no return to replace him. There's every chance he could have hd a ****e season, flopped, come back then we're stuck with his wage along with Jela's and Grays (which would be significant with a £9m fee) without us being promoted. Then we're in the ****.

I think Meyler is a consistent performer. I have certainly never been disappointed in any particular display. He's a good player, certainly for the Championship.

I like Meyler. A lot more than most. But even his biggest fan can't claim consistency is a strong point for him. One minute he could pull off a sterling Huddlestone-esque 40 yard pass on his weak foot or an absolute scorching shot from 30 yards, the very next he could give a simple 3 yard pass straight to the enemy to run on goal or smash the ball over the bar from a yard away from an open goal. I appreciate what he brings to the team in terms of drive and battling and his technical ability is more in line with players in this division but he's about as inconsistent as you can get.

He's rarely consistent over 90 minutes let alone weeks.

So if Jelavic goes to Norwich, who's our Plan B? Gayle? Those PL wages and big transfer fee seem to be a greater amount of 'silly money' than Gray would have been...

If bruce doesn't have a suitably long list of targets, he's not worth his salt at all. I can find many faults with Steve Bruce but the way he sets up his foundations (scouting/youth etc) along with his incredible ability to target and sign some incredible players, I have every faith that there is a plan B, C, D, E, F, G and probably H, all who will be capable of doing the job we require of them, else they wouldn't be on the list.

As I posted before, Gray wasn't the only choice, merely the obvious one. If I have faith in Steve Bruce to do anything, it's to build a solid team.

Tickler mode disengaged.

Exactly like the Rhodes deal?

You mean, exactly like the one where the entire football world was scratching their heads at the lunacy of paying a ridiculous fee for someone who was largely unproven?

If that's the case, I agree.
