I have no sour grapes over Andre Gray at all, £9mill is a hell of alot of money for an unproven player. I'm not really sure why he left Brentford for Burnley, seems like a sidewards step to me. Bruce used to be a genius at signing players for low amounts and making them great players, he needs to go back to this and find us a 15 goal striker for cheap. Vydra to me would be our best business but the Bruce of old, would of had plenty of tricks up his sleeve.

I'm not being funny, but with you living in Madrid, is it safe to say you don't see us play very often? I'm all for criticising players if it is justified and you've physically seen them play badly. But Meyler really isn't that bad and on Wednesday night he was excellent.

By the way, I'm English, from Ull. I missed very few of City's home or away games in all the years I lived in the UK. I have continued to follow them ever since we left. I follow as much as I can of all the PL teams, and have lengthy discussions about them every week with both my sons.
I will not reveal to you anything more than I already have about my own personal details. You would only accuse me of lying if I did. I will tell you that all four of our children have honours degrees, and three of them have successful CAREERS. The oldest one should also have one shortly, despite his handicap. All four of them have very high (national) honours in sports -- three of them in soccer, and all four in Track. I'm happy for you that your offspring are doing fairly well. Hopefully they will grow up as better people than the snobby poser you choose to project yourself as.

Was probably not going to happen in time for tomorrow anyway. I don't think he even could have been on a plane until today and it's a long flight from Chicago and that's if they weren't at an away game when he had to catch a plane.

Edit: Chicago plays at home this weekend so he would have to have flown out of O'Hare.

Could be another reason he's not happy in the US - all that bloody flying. We shouldn't sign him - no stamina. 7 hour flight to Heathrow, less than 30 miles to Charlton. Perhaps he forgot to pack his boots ! Kids today !!
