My better half has seen Maloney many times when he was playing for Celtic and reckons he would be an excellent addition. Better than Hudd at free kicks too

So long as he gets closer than McLean. Can keep it below row Z then?
Reports coming out of the U.S. that a deal has been completed and Maloney is on his way to us.

At least 1 Mill as that's what they paid for him 6 months ago. My geuss is that we paid a bit more for him as he wasn't on a short contract and they didn't really want to sell him. I will geuss 1.5 mill including add-ons as an MLS team wasn't going to hold us over the coals. The last time I saw Maloney play was Scotland vs England and he really stood out (not hard to stand out between them two teams, granted) but he really did look the real deal. He's not really had a great time over in the US, which makes me worry. How much is the fee meant to be?
Yea that's what I got a few weeks ago when he was first mentioned. I doubt we will need to give him a raise, there are tax issues with foreign players so it will be a raise him going back to England even if he gets the same every week.Someone else can check my maths but reckon Maloney's on just over £18,000 per week based on current exchange rates
There has been no rumor, everyone is guessing at a 1.5 mill there or about.what is the fee rumoured to be for Maloney?
I wonder though if that will be waived bc they passed on Drogba and they were owed money for allowing Montreal to sign him.A 1/3 of any transfer fee goes to the league so I imagine we paid enough to ensure Chicago break even. So probably about £1.5m
Youll fit in well thenSorry I just read your post, I am new to this. Sorry for filling the transfer thread with such rubbish ha!
