Looks like the old 'pure fresh fruit juice' and plenty of fish (not fried and battered of course) treatment.
The good news is that it is not a death sentence, can be treated with a balanced diet and you will have to get your fat @rse away from your computer more often and do plenty of walking.
I believe you are in the Countryside so walking should be enjoyable.

The difference being,since the beginning of last season, Elmo hasn't really done anything to be dropped where as Huddleston hasn't done anything to warrant even a spot on the bench.

Think the Allam's will want top dollars for city when they sell and the only way that's going to happen is if were in the PL.

City have to tell the one's with release clauses that if they not be triggered 72 hours before the window shuts there going nowhere we will need time for replacements

Agree just feel were going to get ****ed without any foreplay as the window closes.
There's no motive for clubs to wait till the last day to trigger release clauses. They can't get the players any cheaper, and just less time to bed them in. They'll be wanting the deals done sooner rather than later, just like us.
