Brunts being played at left back so maybe it's "play out of position month" at West Brom. He's a class CB, play him as a CB, nothing hard about that. I can only think injuries have forced the aberration.

Didn't he play for the Blades??
By debacle you mean getting twice as much as we paid for a bloke who couldn't get in our first team squad?

Money may not be everything but it's certainly very important now. Even managers who don't think that way have to consider it to keep chairmen off their back for a bit longer. No, I mean being daft enough to sell a nice looking vase at a fayre, to get a quick return, when patience would have allowed you to find out it was a Ming. Or something like that. Time and again it becomes apparent that, to some, money is everything.
As for getting in the squad, start an appropriate thread on Bruce (tomorrow) and we'll throw that and his other ****e around for a while.![]()

I can't understand a lot of what goes on in football nowadays. Managers buy strikers but don't play to their strengths. Some managers (Steve Bruce?) don't seem to appreciate the importance of set pieces. "Walls" are formed against free kicks without linking arms and players dive out of the way when the ball comes near them or they let attackers stand in the wall and don't push them out of the way just before the kick is taken.
Aluko being heads up and far more aware?
Aluko being good one on one with the goalkeeper?
I thought these were Aluko's biggest failings? Along with falling down and being a crap penalty taker.
I can`t help thinking that although gray looks a good purchase, a lot of these goals were set up beautifully for him by judge and dallas, running onto the ball to finish well, i sincerely hope that SB has made a note of this and plays to his strengths, if we do then this lad is a steal at £9m
You're an accountant aint ya Peter ? An actuary or a lion tamer would have more appreciation of the sardonic/sarcastic/ironic wit.I think you lot are confused about Gray. He was the one who was knifed! There's no evidence he knows how to use a knife so the jokes don't cut it for me.
Well you know what they say about actuaries and lion tamers. You're an accountant aint ya Peter ? An actuary or a lion tamer would have more appreciation of the sardonic wit.![]()
This ?Well you know what they say about actuaries and lion tamers.
What does that even mean you nugget ?Sounds like we had to offload before Papa cameltoe raided his piggy bank again, could,be wrong like.
Odubajo should help Gray settle in a bit better.
