Do try and strive for the correct grammar old chap.

We were waiting, rather than we was. It leaves me rather embarrassed when people can't grasp the basics of written English.

Happy to help

Vern

Your correction doesn't need a comma. You're welcome. :)

Just looking at one of the Brentford forums. They see us as being the "Fulham or Cardiff" of the season and that they offer a better route to the Premiership. It'll be interesting to see what the players think.

There is no way that any Brentford fan with a shred of dignity could seriously believe that and also not see the allure of coming to us.

- Their stadium is poor and there attendances match that.
- We have much better facilities, infrastructure, stadium, potential for growth, players, staff and manager.
- We have much more money and assets.
- Minus being up north we are a much more appealing club to sign for and much more likely to get promotion and much more likely to establish ourselves once there.

Some of the Brentford fans on Twitter are arseholes. I do get tired of Southern knobs criticising Hull.

There may be a factor you have missed - living in West London or living in Hull or the outskirts. I don't think I would have to think too hard where I would want to live.

Simplified.
Hull City lotsa Wonga
Brentford no Wonga.

Listen chum - I find your replies to legitimate posts irritating and impertinent.
When I was at public school we had a particular method of dealing with rudeness but that's another story.
I have already reported you for inappropriate language yesterday. Jog on old chap.
