Has there been any development with Palacios gone very quite on that front, is he still training with city.

As Amber said, probably to replace Rosie. Albeit, I would rather have kept Rosie, its a cost saving exercise I guess, with his injuries, Taylor probably comes very cheap.

Obvious to a point. Rosie was attached to Ipswich (loan) Via Reading , when Hull offered him a contract. Taylor Is'nt attached to any club. It will remain to be seen , the contract offered to Taylor & yes It could be seen to be of a lesser contract to secure Taylor's service than that of Rosie.
