Hdm reporting Norwich have bid £2m for brady.

Steve Bruce admits Diame is likely to leave if he regains fitness.
The quote actually states that SB is confident of the out goings of a fit Diame along with Jela and ndoye- notably (and worryingly) didn't include unabel on that list!

I think a lot will depend where we are at Xmas, if we are going well then he may stay if there is a good chance of us getting back up.

This^ I can't see anyone taking such a risk this summer. As with Jelavic, if a club decides to sign him, then they will feel confident he will be able to play, so should pay what we and they feel to be fair.

You can't ask for a reduction because you think the player might be damaged goods. If you think his knees might be ****ed, you don't buy him.

We will be paid in Sterling so the exchange rate will have no effect on us. Ignore the currency in that article, no one would accept payment in a foreign currency. It's standard practice to pay for goods in the merchants currency.

If we accept a deal at 9million Euros at current exchange rates we would get £6.38 million.....as it is an Italian club it is highly likely any fee would be in Euros

If the Euro crashes as a result of for example a Greek exit.....exchange rates go from current levels to say 2 Euro to the £ ....we only get £4.5 million

Any deal like that would have a fixed exchange rate to be agreed before the contract was signed, as is done for virtually all business contracts involving currency exchange.

Any deal we will set in our own currency and they will pay that. That is how virtually all transactions go.

We don't go to Italy and buy things in sterling do we? Nor do they come here and pay in euro's.

The problem with sending him out on loan is that when they have seen him play they proberley won't want him
