This sounds to me like Robertson would be happy for offers to come in for him;

"The manager's comments are flattering but I don't read too much into it," he told the Scottish Sun. "He might have had a few beers on holiday or whatever! We'll wait and see."

Dunno he was quite happy to remain at Dundee United if they'd not accepted the offer from City. I think he has an old head on very young shoulders and knows that he has time on his side. Of all the players that there are question marks over with regard to possibly leaving Robertson is the least concerning to me, I think both he and the club, on this occasion, will do the right thing.

To get promoted we'll need a team capable of scoring North of 85 goals. Assuming we lose all of our current 'Strikers' and we continue with our shot shy midfield - we'll need significant investment to get the goals required to get out of this league. Otherwise we'll just be another team that spends seasons back in the Championship, not necessarily a bad thing. But given Allam probably wants to sell, a sustained period in the Championship is good for no one.

Lets keep our strikers.
That takes care of 10 goals for the season.
Hudd, Meyler, Brady, Ince, Elmo, Snodders, Diame, Quinn, all get 4 each. that's another 32
Defence can get 8.
That's 50 in total.

Sign Michael Turner he will get the other 35.
Job done...it's easy this management lark.
Right I am off for me dinner.

I don't know what you are drinking mate but I'll have the same.

Victor Anichebe seems to be surplus to requirements at West Brom. He had a pretty poor season but would certainly give us some bulk up top.

What's James Vaughan up to these days? Was quite prolific a year or so ago if I remember rightly but havent heard much about him since
