You see those goals such as the 1:45... that's what we're missing. That's why I'm annoyed with Elmo, he doesn't beat players anymore and doesn't run into the box, always crosses from way too far away.

He likes to make runs at near post, we just need to supply. Guaranteed we won't though.

I'm putting more hope in Maloney or Diame feeding him. Hopefully we won't always go the Elmo route.

You said: "However, when he did get chances, he put them away comfortably."
So you dont consider a penalty as a chance?

It was a decent penalty met with an even better save. Players miss chances now and again; he scored more than he missed.

I'm happy.

In January we will either deserve to lose more players, or they may want to say and see it through if we are going ok.

How we didn't lose more is beyond me. Defence looks great, now.

A championship squad

Which has a midfield of

Elmo
Diame
Huddlestone
Maloney
Myler
Issac
Livermore and snodgrass to come back

A defence with the best two centre halfs in the league and two quick fullbacks

And internationals strikers from nigeria, uraguay, norway and england under 21

Not bad

Livermore won't be back this season. Not sure why people are maintaining that he will.

We all know how unreliable YouTube videos can be but Diomande looks to have strength and pace - a combination that recent strikers have been sadly lacking at City for quite some time. I'm really looking forward to seeing if he can keep that up in the Championship.
