As we will be reluctant to see him go to Leicester, I reckon they'll need to bid a high figure for him.

It might be that we'd do right to let him go, as there's something wrong there, I reckon....

Personally I'd snap their hands off at £2m for Stewart. Although I wouldn't be surprised if we could get £3m out of them.

If Stewart goes to Leicester, I'd rather it was a player exchange, if they've got anyone decent left on average Championship wages?

King, Wellens, Waghorn, Nugent, Danns

They want Stewart, we have one of the above. Otherwise no deal.

I think Cam has been 'weird' ever since NB/AP/and AA told Big Nige to take a walk, when he came in for Cam. To me, it looked like a sulk or a refusal to be a team-player.

...or perhaps just recovery from a major injury at a very young age? I personally think his game was largely 'found-out' as the season progressed and he became a one trick pony

i agree, with mussie to an extent, i think coming back from a 9 month lay off and playing the amount of games he did due to our lack in depth resulted in a dip in form and tiredness, throw in the fact hes what 19/20 and we shouldnt be relying on him so heavily to produce assists/goals week in week out.

regarding jack barmby, he looks a real talent, been watching footage of him at the milk cup and in various games for united and very clever player, much in the same mould as thomas ince at blackpool.

redmond at birmingham is an example of how we should be bringing stewart along not playing him evry game, and leaving him out to dry when he doesnt produce every game as in the fans getting on his case.

they have strength in depth though we dont

For a club who paid £4-5.5m for Matt Mills then £3m is a fair price for Stewart,, imo. Especially if we get Josh King back for the season.

One big problem to this could be that The Club/Allams may not care to do any business with Leicester City. A well known saying from SAF about selling / virus springs to ones mind.!!!!

I think you guys are spot on , maybe the pressure and expectations have taken there toll.

I think Stewart will come good next season so he'd be worth holding on to, but if Leicester are going to start offering millions for him then we'd probably have to accept and it'd let us bring other good players in. Our loss would be Leicester's gain I'm pretty sure but since it's just my belief that he will come good and no hard evidence that he's doing well now, any big money would be hard to turn down.
