Not really unless Acun buys a factory. He is forced where to make the Kappa product from a select list of factories. His benefit is that he could charge the club peanuts and then make more but its a loss for him personally somewhere down the line. The unbranded stuff he can make anywhere. From close inspection in the shop I think he is making it in a shed somewhere, it's bloody awful.
Current Premier League replica shirts are £68-80 at Sports Direct, only last seasons are being sold for £22-25.
There were obviously quality issues with last season’s shirts, but it seems these have been resolved now and replica shirts tend to be expensive at all clubs (at least in the top two tiers).
