I would be thrilled if Cisse finished our top scorer, I wonder what his odds are?

If the Mackems never watched Newcastle at all they would think he was a great striker.

If he could play a full season like he does against us he'd be ****ing England captain.

On the opposite side of things, our better strikers Ba and Cisse had bad games against you... next season I'm afraid your going to have to deal with Shola and Best haha

9 goals in 8 games, along with a defensive shift today makes him another bargain to go with Ba. Absolutely devastating form for him right now.

A similar record made Amr Zaki an awesome loan signing though didn't it...

Damn him for just scoring goals! Bloody cheek of that striker doing his primary role of scoring effectively!

Amr didn't do it in the Bundesliga also with a struggling team, Cisse did though.

Lol, yeah Amr Zaki was a menace for about 15 games at Wigan. I don't buy into all this hype stuff. Sure Cissés put a few away. I haven't seen enough of him yet to say he's brilliant. I'm more impressed with Ba, who's been playing on the wing but holding the ball up well and working tirelessly. We know Ba can take a free kick, score with both feet, headers, the lot. And it's probably a good thing for us Ba isn't scoring anymore, more likely to stay with us than be snapped up for big money. Man Zaki was so doped, you should google pictures of him when he was 20. Such a 'roid head. Scored a brilliant goal against liverpool i think at anfield. Had him in my fantasy team. Bit like Balotelli I guess character wise.

We had this out with the Swansea fans after we beat them at the SOL.

Yes, they keep the ball, but it IS ****ing dull.

No bite, no creativity, just ****ing dull.

When we play 5-a-side on a Weds night, 99% of our <8yard passes are accurate.

Doesn't make us Barcelona ****ing B!

Re Cisse, I barked on about him for 2 years (check my article history!) he will not be flash in the pan.

Just a natural finisher, he never looked up for the first, and the second was sublime, and utterly deliberate.

    Hmmmf.

Fair play Mons, I can absolutely confirm you did indeed pick this lad out last year as Bents replacement. Pointless worrying about it now though.

We need to concentrate on who MoN wants in now.

Which one? There's a few things in the mix!

Abdelloue is the main one that seems to have legs, if that's who you mean, he's a smashing player, but i wouldn't say he was a perfect fit for us.
