Someone was crying on the premier board about the modding on the Sunderland board, constantly banning people from the board for having different opinons, so it was suggested that someone impartial not connected do a thread on your board to see if you were happy or not. Tel did the thread and made the vote anonymous, Brb changed it so that the vote wouldn't be anonymous, so only the votes of the Sunderland board posters would count.
Instead of simply voting, there were tears, followed by more tears and ban requests, and that is always dealt with the same way, with mockery and derision.
In conclusion, there's too much estrogen in wearside water.

Isn't rewriting episodes to suit your agenda such a god send?

I don't know, and don't really care tbh, possibly saff, possibly someone else. I wasn't paying attention to all the usernames, and can't be arsed to trawl through the general matchday thread to find it, just remember what it was about and that the resulting fallout was amusing.

Just like Tel, you're a liar and a coward.

If you don't really know what happened why are you saying I'm wrong <doh>

"lol, that's not really what happened
, but if it makes you feel better, yeah, that's what happened."

And if you don't care why are you spending your Friday night on a Sunderland forum with people you think are beneath you?

It was amusing because the thread was a disaster for those responsible who got their arses well and truly kicked.

So a thread gets put up on here, with a poll on it, to get rid of a mod on here....that correct?
But you expect posters on here to cast their vote on the poll, but not comment on the poll in question?
Not gonna happen is it, but you knew that all along.

The "impartial person" brought along 10 of his mates who all voted for the moderator to be removed and all started getting involved in a discussion. It wasn't the unbiased, impartial and fair question that it's being made out to be.

I always find it funny how many people find reactions to be "meltdowns" or "virtue signalling" etc... But there's no mention that it was a "meltdown" by their marra that caused them to all come here and put up a poll in the first place and since then about 5 of them have had "meltdowns" on threads where they've had a bit of stick.

Funny because it's true.

  • saff was crying on the premier board that the mod on here was mean to him and keeps banning him despite him being such a nice guy
  • The other people on the premier board saw this as a chance to have some fun so offered to hold his hand in complaining
  • They came onto this forum to get as much of a rise as they could, with the trademark bants
  • Taken aback many of the people on this forum who hadn’t realised that this kind of bants is really funny possibly overreacted
  • Saff got all worried about it so asked for the thread to be deleted
  • The thread got deleted as asked
  • The premier thread guys then got all upset that their thread got deleted, despite it being deleted because one of them asked for it to be deleted
  • A couple of people from this forum unadvisedly went back onto the premier one to air their grievances rather than just ignore it
  • People from the premier forum then wound them up to the point it was fun to laugh at them
  • They then kept coming back for more, creating more threads on here to see how much fun it could get
  • Every time anybody replies to them they then go back to their premier thread and say “omg they’re still talking about us”

Definitely not a meltdown though <laugh>

Gordon has never banned me once. Not a single time.

Nice try, though.

The truth is the only people that put the word 'divkid' to Chunks child were Chunk himself and a few posters on here.

Let that sink in.

I think the poll was somewhere around the 22 to 12 when I voted. When I clicked on the 12 to see who had voted to get rid, I think I had only ever heard of one username.
Then have the ****ing nerve to come back later and talk about "democracy"....
Absolute joke.

I have but you've not heard me justify anything due to it because I guess I practice what I'm preaching here

I can take it...Im just cut from a different cloth

Very disappointed someone called chunky seems so lightweight tbh

Sorry, but as human beings we are all different. I only have your word that ChunkSafc is a lightweight.
If as you say he is lightweight, as a moderator you should of protect him from getting abuse.

As a moderator he's pulled around like a pig with a ring through his nose by a little clique he's desperate to be a part of.

A delegation of people, fronted by @Tel, who don't post on here put up a thread with a poll asking for the removal of a Mod, Gordon Armstrong.

A vote to remove him would be acted on by @brb the site owner who came on here to encourage the vote against the Mod.

There was no more than a couple of votes to remove GA and the thread died of shame. As a consequence of the thread Chunksafc had his account deleted when he was upset by people using insults like mong, spastic, div, etc.

Tel is pretending he doesn't know what the thread was all about, who wanted it posting and why anyone should be upset.

The site owner has been asked to explain but has hidden away like the coward he's been proved to be before.

Apparently saying the word 'banter' excuses people from any responsibility for what they post ...

... anyone who's offended is weak and worthless.

Whereas people with zany usernames, trying desperately to appear zany, are apparently the height of wit and better than everyone else.

News to me that brb owns the site ... might be news to him too <laugh> ... always thought it was Maltese Mick? ... but what do I know?

like I said earlier

it was clear to me that Chunky got it wrong because Tel wasn’t referring to his child

I’m smart enough to have noticed that

the rest happened because he threw his toys out of his pram

none of that requires my protection tbh
