When is Henry going to be given a rest?
Thought he got his rest time DURING matches...
When is Henry going to be given a rest?
I understand all 3 may have needed a rest, Cheri in particular, but not that all 3 who often play in attacking midfield together, all needed to be rested for this same match. Especially when it seems Fer was not considered fit enough to start either.
I would of thought on here there must be a few who get the big picture
The club is in dire straits regarding money and the pending fine
Certain they knew that they would face anger from the fans
They are loving the fact that it's all pointed to the fall guy who just needed to build a new side and stay in this division ... He is fine
Results not going well
I expect our assets to go in 2 months and then we hold on to stay up
I really wouldn't worry about this season at all There is no money There is no new manager
It's the plan ... The exit strategy
The joke of English football
Fans demanding wins are lost
if the qpr fans did a peacefull demo after the game on sat i think he will be sackedFor Chris's sake they got the wrong man
Agree. Good threads are well thought out generally introduce new ideas for discussion.Hi Factomondo
We get the drift...we do not need repeat posting of the same thread thank you.
Can you stop doing this.
The next time you do this we will take it down....because you and your cronies are getting boring
Cheers
Beth
Do you think we'd keep him if the demo was violent?if the qpr fans did a peacefull demo after the game on sat i think he will be sacked
In the army your taught to advance into contact. By pushing hard it throws your enemy off balance and can be the decisive thing that creates a victory. (Not trying to be dramatic but it is the best comparison I can think of.) We have (on paper) one of the best attacking squads in the division but Ramsey is clipping their wings. There is also the moral factor at play. By saying we mustn't concede, it puts our players in a negative mindset and adds to the feeling of despair when we let goals in. Downward spiral then gets worse. It's man management skills and tactical nouse he lacks. I'm sure he's trying but it feels like he's way out of his depth. Bit like a fresh faced 2nd Lieutenant just out of Sandhurst being put in charge of a brigade of Para's and dropping them into the middle of IS in Syria. Very soon the senior NCO's will notice the lack of experience and moral plummets like a lead balloon.
Chris Ramsey admits to feeling the pressure as QPR boss after defeat at Derby County

- Chris Ramsey admits expectation at QPR higher than previously thought

QPR head coach Chris Ramsey admitted the pressure is growing after his team lost 1-0 at Derby who celebrated their eighth win in 10 matches.
There has been speculation about Ramsey's position and that is likely to increase after an Andreas Weimann goal condemned Rangers to a second away defeat in five days and left them six points adrift of the top six.
The game started badly for Derby who lost left-back Craig Forsyth with what looked a serious injury in the 21st minute but they responded by creating the better chances in the first half with Chris Martin just failing to head in a free-kick in the 38th minute.

QPR are now 13th and six points off the play-offs
Derby started the second half strongly and after Jacob Butterfield rattled a post, Weimann beat Robert Green from 15 yards in the 51st minute although Rangers felt Richard Keogh handled before he passed to the former Aston Villa forward.
Green kept Rangers in the game by parrying a fierce Butterfield drive and the visitors rarely threatened to deny Derby before James Perch was sent off for a second yellow card in the 90th minute.
Ramsey said: 'I would say you are always going to be under pressure as a manager when you are not winning. We can see bigger and better managers than me in the papers lately are under pressure, people who have won trophies and European Cups.
'The fans would want us to be winning week in, week out but it has to be said we've changed direction from what we decided at the start of the season and so the expectations are a little bit higher than initially expected.
'I thought we deserved more tonight, we were more than an equal match for them and obviously very, very disappointed with the ref's decision with the goal for not giving us a handball because at that stage the game was pretty even.
'We also thought we should have had a penalty and at this moment we are having a hard time but we've got to keep believing in what we are doing, we've shown we can perform as well as the top teams.'

Derby boss Paul Clement applauds Rams fans at the final whistle and was encouraged by his side's showing
Derby head coach Paul Clement believes his team could really be going places.
'Everyone is pulling together and I've got a really good feel about this group,' he said.
'The team spirit, the cohesiveness, and the understanding of the tactics are growing all the time and the players are showing so many different qualities. They can grind out difficult games, won't get bullied by any team, can play good football, and can defend and keep clean sheets.
'It's good and we've got to keep it going and that's the test in this league. That's four home games on the bounce that we've won and we're confident we can go to any ground and win because our record shows that.'
The only worry for Clement was Forsyth's injury and he admitted: 'He's injured his knee and it could be a bad one. We won't know until it's been scanned but it could be serious.'
QPR trio needed a rest – Ramsey

Chris Ramsey said he left Tjaronn Chery, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Massimo Luongo out of the QPR side against Derby because all three were showing signings of fatigue.
Rangers were beaten 1-0 by the Rams and are now 13th in the Championship table, having won only two of their last 10 matches.
“Chery has probably been shell-shocked by the Championship and it’s intensity and the fact that you’re playing so many games in such a short space of time,” Ramsey said.
“We’ll wait for him to freshen up and Jay has also played an amount of games in a short period of time. It was important that we freshened it up a little bit.”
The result did nothing to ease the pressure on head coach Ramsey, who insisted Derby’s second-half winner should not have stood.
Rangers felt Richard Keogh handled the ball when he teed up Andreas Weimann to fire home.
“There’s very little you can do when someone handballs it and sets somebody up and the referee doesn’t give it,” Ramsey said.
“Ultimately, these are the decisions that stop you from getting to your goal.
“But at the moment we’re going through a little bit of a hard spell. We need to get through it, work hard and keep doing what we believe in.”
