Don´t understand what you mean when you say ´the fans are a result of our position´. The fans have been more than partly responsible for ousting Hughton, which you agree yourself, and which you apparently think is part of a fan´s responsibility, I don´t, especially when done the way it´s been done here, and the discontentment shown on the terraces so clearly has affected the performances on the pitch. As I´ve said before, if fans have a grouse wÃth the manager they should vent their anger and frustration solely at the CEO and the other board members, pester them with e-mails and telephone calls until they´re sick to death of them, but don´t do it during matches at the manager, because that invariably filters through to the players as well, which affects their confidence and their performance. In fact the very best way for fans to show their displeasure, and probably the least harmful to the players as well, is for them to stay away, if for three or four home games in a row only 15.000 turned up, I guarantee any CEO would sit up and take notice.
