It had to happen, but still a crazy way to run a football Club.
Good luck to CHO, and probably the best decision he could make. He will be going to a top team, playing regularly and giving himself the chance to become a great player, which he would never achieve by staying with us.

If he really wants to go then let him go. No biggie. Life goes on, the club goes on.

I watched the Chelsea v Wednesday game on TV. Brilliant goal by Hudson-Odoi and superb pass to him from Christensen? Hudson-Odoi is still under contract and I reckon he’ll stay.

All this batch of kids in our 1st Team squad need, is game time.
Hudson-Odoi should be starting in PL, end of. Christensen is showing much better form since playing in 1st team, not the weaker 2nd Team. RLC is better than Kovacic, miles better than Barkley, and should always start before them. Ampadu of all of them, might just be the best, and needs to play regularly.
Those 4 with half a season more experience ,would save a hundred million in transfer fees next season. Then we can bring in Mount and the other boy playing in defence at Derby, and we have a ready made mid field attacker and top notch CD for the future as well. Sell Barkley, lose Kovacic, sell Pedro and/or Willian, there's another 50 or 60 mill in the Bank.
Jesus, why can't the Board see this??????

I’ll be at the upcoming Huddersfield game. I hope we’ll field Hudson-Odoi from the start but I’m not the manager and I put my trust in Sarri to field the side most likely to get the win.

Thought Kovacic was better in the Jorginho roll btw.

Well he was better than Jorghino. Sarri needs to take this Jorghino bloke aside, explain that he needs to toughen up, think about ONLY going forward, providing the front 3 with some decent ball, not just any old pass for Hazard who then has to beat 10 defenders. Jorghino needs to get get some mongrel fighting spirit from somewhere, and earn his money. We don't need an Italian whimp who quits when things get tough. Maybe Zola should explain the facts of life a la PL.
Whatever, Jorghino is a massive failure as a Regista, looks to me as if he needs a heart transplant.
Get in a decent tough, no nonsense midfield general to drive us forward. Forget everything else, that's our biggest problem by miles.

Really hope we can sort something out with CHO. He's only 18 and getting a fair few games now. Hazard may leave in the summer, Willian and Pedro getting older. He'll get plenty more chances yet. Bayern may say they'll guarantee first team football but there is no such thing really.

Look at it another way. If he is threatening the manager/club if he doesn't play he is off? What happens in two or three years if he loses form.

It's a fair point. But with our history of not playing kids I think he has the right to question his future with us, especially with a giant like Bayern knocking.

I just hope he can be a bit more patient. He's been with us 10 years so give it a year or 2. To lose him now would be really disappointing. We badly need a youth team success. Terry was the last one!

I don't blame him and wont begrudge him moving. I do find it odd that he wants to move to bayern though where i don't think he will get first team footie.

Still so young and talented but it is what it is

If we sold him he is bunk, clearly surplus to requirements.

That's your problem though, you wont give these lads a go and they all know it and are looking to leave as soon as an opportunity comes up.
