So, we're in the middle of our millionth game in a very few days and Bournemouth have had the week off so as usual i'm expecting some rotation.

We've also kept a 6 clean sheets in our past 7 PL games.

However i'm expecting a glut of goals because we need to win and i expect bournemouth to score at least 1. We've had the better off Bournemouth in the last 4 or meetings i think and we always seem to bag against them.

Luiz, Willian and Morata are confirmed out so i'm expecting Moses to come in and i'm hoping conte keeps the 3 up top in Bats, Pedro and Hazard so we can try hit them on the counter.

    OK Bobby, here's my pick
    Willy
    Azpi Christensen Rudiger
    Kante Fabregas
    Moses Alonso
    Pedro Bats Hazard
subs Morata Bakayoko Ampadu Courtois Zappa

Leaves us a tad short in defence in midfield, but in deference to opponents, we should still score more than them and get the 3 points.

Team selection will be interesting tonight, hardly any forward players. Giroud definitely isn't playing, neither is Batshuayi, Morata and Willian injured? So is it gonna be a front 3 of Pedro, Hazard & Barkley?

Poor preparation really, serves us right. Why wait until the last minute to sort out the strikers when there is a game on the same day, obvious we needed a target in the box tonight.

Aside from that though my word Cahill was bad, not as bad on the sides but he can't play in the middle, too slow. Was Luiz on the bench?

Hudson Odoi was tidy though, granted the game was lost by the time he came on but he did some good stuff and was probably our best player.

standard. Putting Hazard there all they have to do is congest the middle, send us out wide and let us cross it to midgets.

No striker up there means everyone can just go and mark hazard without worrying about anyone running in behind

How many times does Hazard have to prove to Conte he is not a strikers arsehole?
How many times does Cahill have to prove he is not a CDs' ringpiece?
How many times will Conte select a team with little chance of winning just to prove a point?

Get rid of Conte right now, he's just sabotaging us out of spite.

CP mate, that is what I said 4 months ago...
Didn't think Tony could follow Judas. But hey what do I know?

Kenedy is ripping Burnley a new one with Toon & we are still stuck with useless Alonso FFS!!

Alonso is the reason for Cahill or Rudi's awful performance.

Can't agree with your assessment of Alonso, the bloke has just played too much and needs a break. Kenedy and Musonda deals were absolute lunacy, as was Ake and Bertrand. Whole transfer system is loopy and out of whack. My tip would be get in Claudio Ranieri, maybe the best judge of a footballer going round.

Easily our worst and most embarrassing display - the fact that Conte was bleating about the timing of this fixture makes the result a self-fulfilling prophecy; we face one mighty scrap for the remaining top 4 places.......frigging Bournemouth eh LOL.

Well Stan said this a while back, and I ripped him a new one.
Starting to think I may owe him an apology (On that ONE point, at least).
This is starting to look more and more like wilful stubbornness.
Giroud - Batshit - Boomerang should have been wrapped up days ago and we would have had a striker to play in this game.
Still doesnt excuse shipping 3 goals at home to ****ing Bournemouth though, what a clusterfuck.

    Tbf this result was coming.

Leics should have been 3 up at half time and we were dreadful v Norwich.

Spot on. What happened to that team that won at A Madrid in such style in September? Can't remember the last really good performance we put in.

If this team is so tired, we need to rotate some of the youngsters in. Hudson Odoi has looked very tidy in his cameos recently and Ampadu as well. Give them a crack in the league perhaps?

We seem to have spent most of the season carrying injured players as well. So many games Drinkwater, Bakayoko, Morata and now Barkley have looked well off the pace.

Giroud can't get in this team quick enough, wouldn't have thought I'd have said that a few weeks ago!! What a great opportunity he now has.

Agree 100%. Although we were only dire in defence after Christensen went off and we got chopped for pace easily. Very disappointing and avoidable in all honesty.

Yep, that's what happens when you sign injured players - three of them and counting - who don't get preseason to adjust to your tactics.

    Bad squad management.

Also, Azpi Cahill Rudi not working... so far anyway.

Need Andy or David in there, shame both were injured last night.

We were so good v Atleti, our most complete European performance for donkeys....
