I think its A Ayew they were looking at Phill, as a replacement for Mahrez ha ha. For selfish reasons I hope its not Jordan. I think, Fenerbache are favorite to sign A Ayew on loan.
Negotiations between Fenerbahce and Swansea City have ended successfully, and the Istanbul club will pay a €1.5m loan fee to the Championship side.
According to the Turkish TV outlet ( Turkcell BIP Spor report ), A Ayew will earn €3.2m during his stay in Turkey and the player is expected to arrive in Istanbul in the coming days to finalise the transfer.....................

Fernandez is indeed expected to be made available on loan to Newcastle, who now have an excellent chance of signing an experienced Premier League defender without spending a single penny in transfer fees, they are very welcome to him, Alfie Mawson and Kyle Naughton up next for the exit door...........

......…...Baston, Ayew, Fernandez et al will be/may be off our books soon but they will be running down their contracts and we get nowt/peanuts for them in the end. Sell now, whatever the price, rather than loan.
....or go for option B, which is to keep them, make an additional investment in the team and try to get back in the Prem.

That is our level now unfortunately, Swansea will surely follow the fortunes of Sunderland, Wigan and Blackburn, phil you are spot on we are a basket case and nailed on for relegation.
Just had a little bet we are 25/1 to get relegated, looks good odds as it stands.
