Charlton have only played a tradition 442 once in the last couple of months. They have occasionally played a 451 or a 532 but more often they've played a midfield diamond, moving towards a 433. If that pattern continues, we'd be better off playing 3 central midfielders and stifling them through the centre.Wembley is a big pitch, so the ball needs to do the work, so Grant starts IMO
Big games call for experienced players, so Catts starts IMO
Power is unlucky, because his performances lately have been good, but unless he is accommodated further upfield then he's on the bench IMO
