Its all about perceptions. 10 points at this stage is ok, the reason there's so much attention and aggro is because of the off field upheaval and our poor performance last season.

Having said that, still got an awkward run to come over the next few games. Anyone fancy a result against Liverpool?

Depends which Newcastle turn up, the woeful one turns up and it could be 6-0 to them again, the decent one that played 1st half today, 2nd half at Everton and at Villa turns up and I would fancy to get something.

Good win. What worries me is that we don't play as well as some of the teams around us who don't seem to be getting the rub at the moment.

At present I see the league ending up something like this;

01. Man City
02. Chelsea
03. Arsenal
04. Liverpool
05. Man Utd
06. Spurs
07. Everton
08. Southampton
09. Swansea
10. Villa
11. West Brom
12. Norwich
13. Stoke
14. Hull
15. Newcastle
16. Sunderland
17. West Ham
18. Fulham
19. Cardiff
20. Crystal Palace

Don't get what the fuss is about this run? Big clubs at home, winnable matches at home, the derby against the worst side in the league. We've got to go to WHL and OT at some point, but they're not back to back.

To be fair tough runs can have an effect on teams look at Sunderland.
