Hope so. I did have a wonder why Burnsey didn't do the Sunderland game, if it was nearing the end of an era.
He is still the only radio 'presenter' I have ever heard that cannot actually talk properly, especially whilst reading.
He is clearly there to tick a box which must really grate on people like Burnsy and James Hogarth who can actually present and are prepared to dig up some decent local stories for content.
Sad day in terms of his daytime show.
Very good at what he did and for the audience who listen then.
Hope he comes back for City but without Swanny.
I personally like him. Had a fair bit to do with him over the years and always found him a genuinely decent bloke.
Very supportive of local music scene too, and went to loads of gigs. Had a chat with him at Adelphi a few weeks ago.

He was terrible when he started, but he's got much better.
Though calling people Bro and all the other things he says repeatedly do get on my nerves, he's seems to think he's on Arsenal TV rather than RH.
