Hernandez said he didn't want to play in the Championship either, same with Diame. One has gone back there immediately after getting promoted from it with us and the other one was on the verge, but wasn't offered enough money.
Be interesting if Bruce is appointed if Villa come back in for Hernandez.

Good luck to him, but not at our expense. I can see Alex going, maybe Meyler at some point. A lots depends on what these buffoons that own our club do, as they way they are performing they are running the club down the gutter.

I bet he wishes he went in the summer now, instead he let someone else make his signings and gave the other teams a ten point head start in the race for promotion.

Seriously though, I wish him all the best, although I can't see it being a long term appointment, if he gets them promoted it will only take a few months of fighting relegation before the board and fans get restless and want rid of him.

Phelan wouldn't go, Joyce is on a great ticket at Utd, he won't go. Clemente & Walsh? Probably!
Will he take Alex? Doubt it, he's on a contract to the end of his career here.
Meyler, doubt he'd want to drop back down again, didn't he recently sign a new contract?
Elmo, wouldn't play at that level, like last year.
Kuciak, would he sign for SB again? Doubt it.
Abel H, doubt he'd want to drop back down, but all depends on how MP plays him.
Villa splashed a lot of cash in the summer, so probably can't throw any more about.

My thoughts on SB's cash splashing expectations!

Although he's an expert at getting out that league, I reckon Villa are so **** that he won't get there this year. Or even close.

Needs to be backed long term and I'm sure it will happen at some point.

Treated like **** at the end here, feel the shame Ehab.
