Whining bastard that he is " it's been difficult for my wife "

There's a lot of people on here call me " a cantankerous old c@nt " which makes it very difficult for my wife. She thought of it first.

I think the fans started it personally and then started saying "see" when he defended himself.

Max's tweet tells us he was actually a nice guy that just isn't very good at his job.

I didn't start ****, i'm not even on twitter, he started talking the club down and goading fans as soon as he got here, he was asking for it.

Hmmm not quite the order mate

From day 1 he was getting abuse and then the fans took even more exception to him having the audacity to defend his position.

He's a poor manager, but really the fans started the fight

We'll have to disagree on that one.

The BBC threw this stat up:

"Bruce had a 27.4% win percentage from 84 league games at Newcastle, which was the ninth best compared to previous Magpies managers who had been in charge of at least 20 Premier League matches."

Ninth best is certainly one way of looking at it - another way would be to say only McLaren, Carver and KK's ill-fated stint have a worse win %age. Illustrious.

To be fair Bruce started this before he was even at the club criticising the fans whilst managing Sunderland so it's no wonder he never recieved a warm welcome.

I fully agree with this. He's just not a good manager. Fans getting personal with him just need to give themselves a shake, no need for that ****e. Sadly this what some of ours think supporting is about. Truth be told they never gave him a chance. However in saying that I do sympathise with fans. We all knew he wasn't a good manager and it does put you in a negative mindset.

It all comes back to the owner doesn't it? If he didn't appoint such ****hawks on the cheap, fans wouldn't be so negative or abusive, so on and so forth. I just hope some of our fans hit the reset button and remember Ashley is gone, and there are difficult times to go through.

Regardless on his reign here they were after him and didn't like it back.

This idea he should sit there and take their **** isnt something I agreed with throughout.

I'm not a fan of him in pleased he's gone because he was useless at his Job and it wasn't good for the club because the fans hated him from day 1.

Onwards and upwards
