If they had paid £10m for Perez it would have probably been seen as a decent bit of business. I seem to remember him being absolute ****ing dogshit for us for half a season at least before we sold him after he came good towards the backend of the season before he left. I don’t think you can blame Rodgers for the transfer fee…still not my first choice, but better than Bruce I suppose.

I know people are going to hate me for this, but didn't Rafa ask for Praet and Tielemans in his first season back in the Premier league with us.
