What about them? Do you not think we’ll have cretins over here still doing as they please despite being instructed otherwise? Have the Brits been treat any differently to the Spanish disregarding the instructions? As far as I can see no.
The fact is we have Brits in someone else’s country believing they can behave as they please yet you seem desperate to divert away from it. I wonder why.

There’s a horrible arrogance around this disease which unfortunately won’t hit home with some until it directly effects them.
I’m hearing and reading people saying how they’re just going to get on with their lives, I’ll be fine etc totally disregarding the effect this can have on others.
Ive no doubt the brexit brigade will still be frequenting their local Wetherspoons this morning.

You’re right . Once again we see that the decent majority of citizens will be adversely affected , or disadvantaged because of the scummy minority.

Some Spanish are behaving exactly the same and disobeying instructions, just as people all over Europe will do.

But you carry on with your ridiculous agenda ...

... it suits you down to the ground.

I haven’t said they aren’t. Seriously what is wrong with you?
I’m commenting on idiots representing this country behaving like cretins and how it will happen over here and effect decent innocent people who are attempting to do the right thing.
While the borders are closed what the Spaniards, French etc are doing isn’t going to have an immediate effect on this country.
Do you actually know what you’re arguing about anymore? It seems you don’t have any problem with people disregarding instructions regarding a global pandemic. Another head in sand merchant who’ll no doubt sh!t himself if this disease adversely effects him or his family.
And a video has now emerged of some stupid attention seeking woman swimming around in a hotel pool being cheered on by some of our zany holidaymakers.
Just making most of their holiday though aren’t they!

You're revelling in calling a miniscule minority of people morons and cretins while ignoring the fact that some locals are doing exactly the same ...

... it's irresponsible but your reaction is wildly exaggerated and quite ridiculous.

The language you use makes it obvious you're incapable of reason.

So what exactly would you call them then?
I have said the majority are doing as they’re instructed and I’m also aware that much like here locals will still disregard what they should be doing. They’re also cretins.
So we agree that these Brits doing as they please are idiots as are the locals?

Nope it was pointing out the sheer ignorance and disregard for anyone but themselves in some brutish holidaymakers.
You unbelievably tried to form some weird defence at first but seem to have sensible climbed down which is fair enough.

I didn't defend them, they're idiots and I called them 'low rent tourists'.

You, in your clumsy idiotic way, lump all Brits into the same brutish, cretinous, moronic accusations ...

... "The brits over there at minute doing themselves no favours."

This despite the incontrovertible fact that locals are doing exactly the same thing.

The Spanish resorts decimated their culture, history and coastline specifically to attract Brit tourists ....

... personally I wouldn't go to those places if you paid me and gave me a lifetime supply of face masks.

You said it was unreasonable to ask them to stay indoors for 24 hours! That’s the grim reality we are all facing I’m afraid so it isn’t unreasonable at all in the circumstances.

It's unreasonable to allow people to fly into a country, for a holiday, then place them under house arrest.

By the weekend the government had only restricted incoming flights from Italy ...

    ... totally unreasonable and hypocritical.

Saturday morning flights were suspended man. Don’t you listen. Very few airlines were still flying out to Spain.
People were asked to do something and refused with total disregard for the rules of the country they’re visiting.
    It simply isn’t good enough.

Listen to what, show me where the Spanish government stopped incoming flights on Saturday?

If you're right I'll happily apologise.

"Earlier on Saturday, Jet2, as well as EasyJet, cancelled all of its flights to Spain.

The company ordered all their airborne planes en route to the country to turn around and fly back to the UK.

Later on Saturday, the Spanish Government formally declared a state of emergency, as new cases of the lethal virus continued to soar.

The country has been placed in a lockdown, with people ordered to stay at home for the next two weeks.

People will only be allowed to go out if they need to buy food and medicine, go to work or hospital.

The curfew will come into effect on Monday morning."

The curfew came into effect at 21:30 SATURDAY night!
It was changed from Monday to the Saturday due to as I said an ever changing and unprecedented situation.
In a situation such as this people need to roll with the punches and accept that not everything is going to be straightforward. You seem to think that these people were quite entitled to wander around as it was unreasonable for them (the vast majority seemed to manage) to stay locked in hotel.
Also who’s to say these ‘special people’ hadn’t arrived days, maybe even a week earlier than the lockdown commenced? How the f@ck are the Spanish government to blame for that!
Give your head a wobble man!

"Listen to what, show me where the Spanish government stopped incoming flights on Saturday morning?"

This is a major part of your argument ...

... provide the proof and I'll happily apologise.

This is what you said ...

"Saturday morning flights were suspended man. Don’t you listen."

I’ve already explained the fluid situation. I said flights were suspended Saturday morning, they were. The lockdown was in place Saturday night!
How the f@ck are the Spanish government to blame for a bunch of w@bkers disregarding regulations put in place?
