.... never been and really looking forward to it.

Looks like being a sell out, terracing for the away support and meeting up with lads 'from the past'.

It'll be like going back to that fantastic season, in the 3rd division, when I missed the game through being on holiday.

I saw all but 3 games and it was absolutely glorious .... I wouldn't swap it for a 'plastic' Chelsea title win tbh

1-0 on a beautiful sunny day. Bertschin header, if I recall.

Been to Brentford a few times as it happens. Remember seeing a terrible game when Don Goodman salvaged a 1-1 draw midweek and I had to blag me way into one of the pubs which were refusing away fans to meet some mates. "Red & white stripes, mate. I'm Brentford, innit...?" <laugh>

Cracking little ground Griffin Park. Well known for being only stadium in England with a pub on each corner, though I'm not sure if they are all open.

Think they're building a new ground in a few years too... was gutted I missed our preseason game down there due to work, hopefully we play there again before they move.

Thought so. Suddenly thought after I posted that I might have the wrong poster but glad I didn't <laugh>

I remember you coming down for the league cup game last year and discussing it with you on here.
