Been for three ****es this morning, one at home and two at work. Had veggie curry with three Scotch bonnet chillies last night which might explain it.

Had a yoghurt and then porridge with prunes for breakfast.

Cup of coffe and cigarette for brekkie and chicken pasta salad for lucnh. The regularity, texture and consistency of my bowel movements are a private matter between me and Thames Water - and a fetish website that i like to frequent.

Clonakilty make a nice one and decent black as well
White pudding is similar to black pudding, but does not include blood; it consists of pork meat and fat, suet, bread and oatmeal formed into a large sausage.
Clonakilty sausgares and black and white puddings are pretty much the only decent thing ever to have come out of Cork.
