Breakfast

You don't put sugar on porridge ffs.

That's what the English do.

It's either salt or nothing for a true scotchman.

I'm English and I don't put sugar on porridge. I don't even put milk on it.

Actually, I don't have porridge very often. Usually a little cereal, a slice of toast with marmite, and a glass of fresh orange juice.

The Scots I knew when I lived up there didn't put salt on their porridge, mostly because they didn't have porridge at all. Most of them started the day with Buckfast.

I had a big breakfast wrap from McD's.

On the way there, I was listening to Radio 4 and Shirley Conran was on the show. She is 82 and has just written a sex guide for older women, was talking to the host about how she still masturbates.

Wid ye?

Bowl of frosties mixed with muesli
2 croissants

Am ready for lunchtime pints now :)
