Well, I had Alpen, banana and Almond Milk this morning and it was lovely. Bit heavy on the calorie side of things but tasted lovely.

Replace Alpen with porridge and I had the same thing. Oh, and a pinch of cinnamon.

Morton's crispy rolls are the best. Cannae get them outside the west, soon as you hit "ken" toon, they don't sell them and they speak funny
