Likewise with mine ... our owners could have trilled about taking us to where they have blah blah, given that they have totally transformed us ... instead their statement lumped us in with the rest and referred to them and other owners as being 'custodians of our clubs' recognising that owners come and go but nevertheless have a duty of care to the fans who will be there for generations ... not surprising that our fans feel a genuine connection there rather than just being a business interest ...

Agreed. Can't find a better example of good owners in modern English football than the Thai lads at Leicester. Haven't changed the badge, name or the soul of the club in general without consulting fans to appeal to a Far Eastern market to the detriment of supporters in Leicester.
Only criticism is their dodgy relationship with the Thai military junta but there isn't a single capitalist whose **** doesn't stink so...

And next season's as well. They've left the ECA so they can't qualify for UEFA competitions anyway, can they? Just make reapplying a long process.
Some points deductions in the Premier League seems reasonable as well. They've backed out now but they all technically signed the contracts for the Super League so they've still broken PL rules. Teams in the EFL have been docked points for less.
