Luton were deducted 20 points for their owners misdeeds which got them relegated league 1 and then the following season deducted 30 points for the same thing which got them relegated to the National League They are of course back in the Championship but took them 15 years If the big six were deducted 20 points Spurs and Arsenal would probably be playing in the inferior league from the Championship
