Simpson only played well consistenly with Aluko. Just one of those things - some players gel better then others.
You're right about Koren, he might do knack all at times but then unlock a defence with a pin point pass. But that's just the nature of the game.
Some fans need to realise players are going to lose possession, get tackled, make poor passes during every game - no player is perfect.
Koren is going through a tough phase but he'll come good again before the season's out.
I think we desperately need someone who can attack with urgency and pick a pass at the right time. We're so **** on the counter it's unbelievable. We only ever score from crosses, never down the middle. I reckon Boyd could be the perfect player to do that. He's a busy ****er but he's also skillful and composed.

To be honest any speculation of new signings is interesting, well it is to me anyway. Dazzer and Lambo have been quite good in the past, not sure whether they get any snippets now though as I think, at least in Lambo's case, that most of their previous contacts have been forcibly removed from the KC

I'd welcome a replacement for koren who has lost his touch. He's sluggish and lacks the creativity now. I'm not saying he's useless but hes past his best
Really? I think if anything he's improved in his time with us. Players of his style that don't rely on pace tend to be just as good even at his age, I mean look at Lampard, arguably been best these last couple of seasons, Gerrard and Xavi to name but 2 more. Think Koren has plenty left in him yet.
