Whilst I think David Haye is a big draw and a big pay day for anyone, I'm not convinced that Haye will be able to live up to expectations. 4 years out of action is a long time, and it's hard to believe he can pick up where he left off.
From reading a few of the articles on a potential Haye v Fury fight in the future, I think it's highly unlikely that it will ever happen. Fury is determined to not give Haye a payday after Haye didn't give Fury a pay day when he pulled out of 2 fights against him in 2013.
Fury even says he would vacate the titles if Haye became mandatory challenger, so I don't think that fight will happen.
I think a Haye v Joshua fight is one the Joshua camp would be interested in soon, as it's a big name, but a guy who's been out of the ring a while, so I think it would be an easy opportunity for them to get a big name scalp on his CV. David Haye would obviously take the fight, as it's likely the best pay day he'll get if Fury won't fight him
