Couldn't agree more smoke, I'm much more interested in the DeGale fight. Glad sky have not included the fight in the PPV package. My prediction - 2 points wins for the champs.

That's probably the bet to have. Probably won't pay much but is the likely outcome of both. I just really hope fury gets chinned!

I hope it doesn't come in for me, i'll be gutted if Fury wins, he would possibly be the worst heavy weight champion in the history of the sport. But i honestly believe he has no chance of winning and he's managed to sell the fight with his gift of the gab. Before everyone of his fights Audley Harrison had me believing he was going to win he was that good of talking himself up!
I reckon John Ruiz, frank Bruno and Tony Tubbs were horrendous " champions". Though I do agree with you , Fury is truly appalling.

My son came over today and he wants to watch the big fight. I've never paid to watch a fight but this might be an exception. It does mean however that Fury will be stopped in the first. 28/1

This would be my bet I think

Don't ask me why but I had a dream about the fight last night. Strange, I know, considering I'm a fair weather boxing fan compared to the like of smokey, cyc, Ron and Co. But in the dream, Klitschko dominated the first 3 rounds before Fury caught him with a lovely southpaw in the 4th round to win the match. Don't say I didn't tell ya ;)

Seriously hope you're right as Ladbrokes enhanced a Fury KO in R4 to 100/1 and I stuck a fiver on it <laugh>

Get in the Gypsy Warrior. Proved them wrong! Brilliant stuff, a decision in Germany. Fury you talked the talk and you fooking walked the walk. Get in my son!!!!

Schooled him badger didn't he? Klit couldn't deal with him at all. Was watching thinking I wish badger was an odds compiler for my bookie #400/1shot <laugh> <ok>

Any good heavy weight coming through from America or anywhere Smokey? This bunch just seem so mechanical and utterly boring.

Thin on the ground they are mate. Looks like Wilder will have one more fight then face Povetkin, his mandatory. Joshua is all about potential so who knows how good he can be. He'll have another easy night on 12th December against Whyte but i'm sure they'll start talking Fury/Joshua. Maybe we'll see a rematch with Klitschko back in England?

I wouldn't say he schooled him, a more accurate assessment would be he was awkward for 12 rounds and frustrated Klitschko, was very scrappy and very tight, no real decent punches landed by either. But full credit to the new champ he beat the man and he now sits at the top of the pile

I have a clear idea of the future of heavyweight boxing but this is Tyson Furys moment. He has gobsmacked the world tonight and earned his shot the proper way, topping it all off with the most unlikely, unpredictable, clever way and took a unanimous decision in Germany.

Absolutely fantastic.

Schooled slightly over the top but he was in control throughout. Barely recall the Champ throwing a punch in the first 3 rounds. Furys proves himself tonight, he had a plan, he knew he'd do it, he's earned respect the hard way. Fair dos. Just beaten a boxer who many consider an all time great in his own backyard who hadn't been beaten in 11 years. And he beat him well. Compare it to Hayes effort!

I actually know a lad who had £500 on Fury. Kept telling me he'd win, knows his boxing inside out but I didn't share his confidence. Brave bet to have against a 1/4 shot <yikes>
