Looks like it might have been on but Borini would probably not budge on his wage demands. His agent has ****ed it up big time. Played poker and lost.

Liverpool have signed new players, who'll be excited to be there, and Rodgers wanted Borini out as did LFC.

If I was in Borini's boots I'd be dreading going in to work this morning.

Incidentally, the player was asking for wages that even QPR wouldn't consider.

So how many, on here, believe we should've paid £14 million to buy him plus 80/90K a week?

Rogers will have him training with the kids for the next few months - telling him publicly that he really should move on clearly wasn't enough of a hint!

They will be desperate to get him out of the door in January and they won't want him misinterpreting their intentions again!!

NINETY GRAND A WEEK, thank **** nobody took him up on that. Fernandez is a pillock by all accounts but he was telling the truth, he priced himself out of a move.

The kid must either be on silly wages at Liverpool, if that's the case I wouldn't move either, or he's deluded beyond belief. A handful of goals and he wants £4.7m wages per year, the kid's a nobody and he's only gone and made things worse for himself by showing he's not willing to take a step back to further his career.

Yeah basically I think he thinks he is too good for us and QPR and he forced the moves to fail.
