Probably a merger coming of the threads, like Fringe and 2 worlds.

Borini may or may not become a good player. Right now he is dross.

I don't think him being out will hurt us.

It will mean that much longer till he has as much experience... but right now he adds less to the team than a number of our youngsters would.

We'll really miss Borini's one in eleven goal rate. He makes Voronin look like Shearer.

So he comes off at half time with a sore foot then goes on international duty and breaks his foot. Who managed that situation?

Because he was told that they had a replacement lined up in either Sturridge on loan or Dempsey but someone higher up messed up and neither came in after Carroll had already gone. Nothing to do with Rodgers' "poor management".

Rodgers was the man who refused to interview and made it clear he would not work with a DoF or be dictated to on transfers. The buck stops at his door.

Oh, and Reina's come back injured, too.

It does. But I'm glad that he was happy to accept that and wanted to stand on his own two feet at Liverpool, shows courage.

Honestly, Voronin was better than Borini. Neither scored goals much for us but Voro did contribute elsewhere at times.

To be fair to Fab Bo though, Voronin was supposedly at the "peak" of his career. Borini is still young and can still strive to one day be as good as Voronin.

Borini will come good. imo of course.

I hope he does... he is young enough still and has the talent.

He isn't good enough for us yet... but I have hope he will follow the Lucas path.

Don't think much of Borini yet, but I'm not having that. Voronin is in a special group of players; Voronin, Downing, Poulsen, Degen and Nunez.

So what's wrong with him wanting control of transfers? You'd be calling him a Yankee lapdog if he had come in and allowed the owners or someone like DC to have control of who comes in. Personally I want a manager who wants full control of who comes in and out. You know like that Rafa fella, that same Rafa fella who started to flounder as soon as he wasn't backed in the transfer market. Sound familiar? Unfortunately the player we all know he wanted didn't get signed because of other peoples **** ups (you know, the people some of us are always moaning about).

And blame BR for some of the **** that's happened this season...but players getting injured on international duty? Wow I never remember that happening on Rafa or Kennys watch eh. How wonderful to see such support for our young manager when he needs it <ok>

You do know that it was Brendan who injured Lucas again don't you? In a fit of jealous rage that he hadn't invented Lucas at Swansea (really was Martinez but sssshhh) he stabbed him in the thigh; just so we could see how brilliant Allen is (& its not even his real position you know).

He's also responsible for the human ageing process & as such the inevitable decline of Stevie G.

If it hasn't been for him FSG were going to buy Messi, Coentrao, Ronaldo and any others that were actually named in the media (healthy squad of 300 would have been great), build a 100000 seater stadium with their own bare hands, (Linda is a handy brickie you know) then they were going to sell the club to us the fans for one dollar.

But Brendan said no; he definitely wanted Dempsey for £6M instead.

Bastard.

Exactly this ^

Honestly mfg, for someone who never posts anything that doesn't defend rafa or Kenny it really confuses me that you can't wait to have a dig at BR.

Makes me wonder that if he was sacked tomorrow would you suddenly leap to his defense?

All the players, bar Downing who is just moaning because he is **** and is being told that (finally), love Rodgers methods. If the players are happy then progress will come. Don't think I have heard one of our players say "what the **** is this?".

Still can't believe we have one recognized senior striker though and yes it can and does fall at BR feet but the owners gotta back him. If anything this might mean January might actually bear a great player. <ok>
