broken a bone in his foot on international duty apparently. Nice one FSG.

1 senior striker in the whole squad now and he's being targeted by referees, opposition players, the media and opposition managers. For **** sakes.
 
ive heard a lot about adam morgan too do you guys think hes ready whilst yesil has alos arrived with quite a reputation. Not sure how they will fair on the physical demands though.
 
Think Ngoo should be given a chance, scores loads for the reserves ( Yes I did just say that <doh> ) but he seems to be scoring goals and that's what we need!

Gutting about Borini, any idea how long he is out for?? Looks like we will have to rely on the youngsters a bit more.On Morgan he is not ready IMO when things don't go his way he spits his dummy out and goes missing for the rest of the game He needs to mature in his head a bit of a loose cannon as well
 
Ngoo or Yesil to back Suarez up. If I am BR, I am on the phone right now to FSG and saying " I ****ing told you so". Have to have cover or you play a dangerous game that our luck has shown to kick us in the peas.

none of the kids are ready... not one. borini was poor so no loss IMO. borken foot? give him time to go think baout it...... finally suarez is one match from suspension and whomever is ref next weekend after these crap internationals will be falling over himself to book suarez.

Stand by for no strikers at all....
 
God could you imagine if Suarez got injured long term? We'd probably only get 1 point till he was back :L
 
Have to agree with the majority of people here: we had a striker problem before Borini's injury, and the situation has not changed. We need goals and we need more strikers to come in, asap.

Why did he let Carroll go without having the replacement through the door? Poor, poor management :laugh:

Because he was told that they had a replacement lined up in either Sturridge on loan or Dempsey but someone higher up messed up and neither came in after Carroll had already gone. Nothing to do with Rodgers' "poor management".
