Here's my stage by stage plan for those who wish to quit smoking: 1. Don't smoke Congratulations, you are now an ex-smoker
How can you be an ex of something you've never done? Mind you, you're the expert when it comes to exes.
I was with you until that bit - 20 a day for over 30 years, walk between 30 and 50 miles a week and have never had a smoking related illness.. Wanting a long life is for selfish bastards - you should be aiming to snuff it when you get to retirement so as to prevent a drain on the benefit system
The two go hand in hand for me. When I was younger and feckless and down the boozer a lot I smoked a lot but I never really had the habit of smoking throughout the day or at work or home or anything. Still smoked loads though. Then I became pussy whipped, started having a proper home life and kids and such like and the cigs just fell by the wayside, was pretty easy. Still love beer though and wine so have no intention of ever giving them up. If I get to go out on the lash away from prying eyes, Morrissey in Cardiff last week for instance, then I'm right down the shop to buy twenty ludicrously expensive cigs which I'll devour with my drink in one night. Following morning I don't fancy a cig at all. I do usually feel like ****e though it must be said.
***s arent that expensive really. how much is a 20 deck? 8 quid tops? ****ing double voddie is about that in Lebowskis worth it tho
***s vary in price depending on the service they offer or where you live. In Edinburgh it's about 20 quid for a blow job. In Glasgow you can pick one up and have a full ride for a tenner.
Not bad, mostly the new album though which I hadn't got round to listening to. Big mistake. Nowhere near as Johnny Marr last year though, he's well worth seeing.
Want to give up smoking though think of I do I will end up killing my business partner. Have ordered a vapouriser from America my mate has used one and given up. Even when he has walloped Ching up his beak.
Buncha ****ters. "Oh, am gonny give up smoking cos it's bad for my health." So whit if it's bad for yer health? Living is bad for your health - it always results in death. So why not do what you enjoy in the meantime?
It's a good point. I got some good news at work, off for a pint and a tab now. Well done ER, I admire your full blooded resistance.
