It is - it’s tragic and hilarious at the same time. I’ve read it twice and am tempted to go again for the third time!Brilliant book, challenging read but well worth it.
Loved his books, Fluke and the Spear were my favouritesI also enjoyed James Herbert's books like the rats, fog etc but probably a bit heavy for a holiday
We get many mentions?Barry Davies autobiography is a good read.
Haven't done that one yet- will source it. He seems to have a unique caterogory - it's not ''horror'' or ''science fiction'' although it contains elements of those - I call it unusialistSnap! My favourite of his is "Winter Moon", helluva book. "Watchers" is another brilliant story. And I really enjoyed the "Odd Thomas" series as well.
Lived in the same street as my uncle. Quite an unusual bloke apparently. Good horror writer though.I also enjoyed James Herbert's books like the rats, fog etc but probably a bit heavy for a holiday
