Im off to Greece in about 6 weeks. Ive not read a book in years, and every holiday ive had in the last 20 years has been revolved round drink. However this ones a nice romantic little break for me and the other half so id love a good book to chill around the pool.

I love a good autobiography from a sporting hero/legend and non fiction
I have books in the loft that ive enjoyed in yhe past about Bartley Goram, Lee Duffy and Viv Graham and Brian Cockerill. Also a few book from the Boro Frontline.

Some excellent footy books:

Provided you don't kiss me - Duncan Hamilton
Garrincha - Ruy Castro
Bloody Southerners - Spencer Vignes
The Damned United - David Peace
How Not to Run a Football Club - Nathan Fogg
The Accidental Footballer - Pat Nevin
When footballers were skint - Jon Henderson
The Billionaires club - James Montague (Dennis Tueart recommended this one to me)
Forever Young - Oliver Kay
