Bluesky's multiple experiment

We have had a really good first week and this is hopefully pointing to us being on to something, however of course one week is no time at all and proves nothing unless the success is replicated over time.

I have put together below the stats from the first week, the all important one being the difference between singles and the multiple bets. To try and get a reliable figure for singles versus multiple i have acredited each selection a £16 win bet so that the total daily outlay is the same (more or less).

Week one
21 selections
winners = 10, 2nd place = 4, 3rd place =5, unplaced =2

4 winning days
3 losing days

Balance from multiple bets + £ 738.25 profit
Balance from theoretical single bets would have been £+ 293.44 profit

Next week we will be placing a bet each day once again so will have another 7 day stats next Friday.
 
well done again bluesky - threads like this make it easier for us novices to follow as we know the exact bet you are advising - can be difficult on the daily thread where many horses are given but not always how to back them eg small wager, large bet, ew bet etc

congrats again on a great start to the system
 
Bluesky I am very impressed by this system as it represents exactly the type of betting I prefer and am better at - combining short priced runners. I never was one for picking out 16/1 shots but if you can find 2 or 3 horses between, say, EVS and 2/1, I think over time you will come out in front. The additional treble makes sure that when you do get all 3 up you will effectively cover your future bets for the next couple of weeks.

Anyway I'm having a crack myself today with Long Run, Oscar Whiskey and Master Minded.

Good luck Oddie, i really have faith in the theory behind this bet and hope it proves well founded over the next few weeks. I quite fancy your chances today but was not sure on Master Minded myself as is a little unpredictable.

No-one can expect to get trebles up on a regular basis. You are doing very well; still over 500 points up.

Thanks Ron, We nearly turned around the whole week today with just a double. Goring two went down by a head after 3 miles.

I would like to be 500 points up as you wrote but am actually up 53 points at the moment.
 
Oh. What is the "Running total + £538.25" from your earlier post?
 
Yes Ron, we are £538 up but we place 5 bets per day at £10 per bet so a point is really £10 in this staking plan. I wanted to do it with a genuine stake as that makes more visable sense to most of us.

I hope i can hit the treble at least 3 times a month and i feel this itself will be enough to show a profit and then half a dozen doubles will add to that profit, this would allow for 21 loss days.
At present we have 1 treble day, 3 double days and 8 loss days. All this means we are due a treble.......<ok>

Could'nt get online earlier ADM, wished i would have been offline just enough to miss that Henry Cecil hotpot. It very sadly got the message all to late and the pace was too slow but if you watch he was racing for fun at the end of that race and i doubt any of those who beat him today will finish in front again, not much good to us today though.
