I have always thought in agreement with most sensible punters that multiples are the worst bets to show profit from long term. I have however been having good success with a particular bet that consists of a Trixi ( 3 doubles & a Treble ) with an extra treble included. The selections have always been reasonably short priced but nevertheless this bet is paying off. I intend to keep a record of these bets on this thread for anyone who may be interested in following how it does and will show a running total. I got the idea of logging it from Ardent who is trying his system, this is not a system but rather a particular bet being tested. I will run it untill the end of the month.

I will stake at a £10 trixi + £10 win treble for this thread.

Thanks guys, it's how this bet goes.

The reason i feel this is a bet that can show good profit is because the odds will say that the 3 short price favourites have the same chance of all coming in as say a 7-1 shot ( their accumalative treble total) but i believe that they have a better chance. Couple this with the fact that a bet on one 7-1 either wins or loses but with this bet like today you can very often get two winners out of three and this usually shows a small profit in itself or at least gets the stake for the whole bet back, the other important factor is the double loaded treble as when you win you will win well. I really feel this experiment will show a decent outcome over time, heres hoping.

<cheers> Thanks a lot guys,i knew it was coming soon and even though it has only been a week i feel the strength of the bet is showing. We now cannot lose for the month even if every bet now returns zero. I would hope however that the treble will come off again at least once in the next 13 days before the month ends and am confident of showing a big profit. We are guaranteed to end November at least £138 up and every bet now is for further profit.
