Put this down to the Nissan Principle - success breeds success.Let's stick with the Anichebe and Defoe partnership and see what they can do. Vic obviously has something to offer in this league and he's a brave lad which is important in our situation. Cheers Vic!

We seemed to carry a bit of luck but what a result - I got my ticket for the Hull game on Friday - onwards -- KTF
Lol - I agree to some extent and as Short is getting a lot of unfair criticism after finacially backing the club I think his tenure is comming to an end- onwards and KTFThe Nissan Principle. Aye Short **** off and sell to some mega rich Jap.

What a performance from the big man! It didn't look to me like they were operating a traditional 442; Anichebe was coming very deep at times which just demonstrates how good his all round game was. He did brilliantly for his goal and in winning the pen. I hope he feels he can motivate himself for us- maybe we've found a gem...
Showed him on MOTD, throwing his shirt into the crowd. Had a heat pad covering his ribs.Did he pick up a knock?
Physioroom has him with a rib injury. But back for hull.

You know what I liked for the pen? He desperately tried to stay on feet, and after being fouled he still tried to score before he appealed.
I love that in a player.
Yeh he cracked his rib in the first half
Me too. Shows determination and steel. We've been missing that. You know what I liked for the pen? He desperately tried to stay on feet, and after being fouled he still tried to score before he appealed.
