I've got a mortgage to pay and if all my clients left I wouldn't be able to pay my mortgage and I'd have to sell my house. I've just bought a printer for £1,000 but should I have saved the money for food in case all my clients left?

My attitude is that sensible investment is the best way to be successful especially in football. There's nothing wrong with taking reasonable risks. Can you name one successful football club who hasn't taken risks?

Youve just made my point perfectly. Thank you.

We won't go down.

We WILL make small steps each season and become an established top 10 team .

Won't ever say we WILL win anything or get into Europe.

But who knows....just maybe...one day.

:-)

Predictions based on the Allams staying.

=====================

of course if he leaves we might get bought by a billionaire and win everything in the next 3 years.

or we could end up in the ****.

tiss great supporting Hull City / Hull Tigers.

I'm happy. Steve Bruce has bought wisely. Some people will always be terrified that we'll get lots of injuries and lose most of our games but Steve Bruce is making sure that we have the best chance possible to do well.

I think we've got the backbone of a solid premier league team now. No need for anything drastic anymore, just little tweaks and adjustments year after year to improve us. Maybe a new left back next year, maybe a winger the next. I think we're on the right road to be one of the consistent premier league teams for years to come now if everything remains as is and nobody rocks the boat (anymore than it is).

In Bruce we trust.
