Dependent on the course, some also change the entry level after you've applied (as I found out last year, my top choice increased its requirements by 2 grades ). Sometimes if you fall below their entry requirements, they will give you an interview and may accept you if that goes well.

My mate got into Leeds Met on much lower than this...As I said above, I reckon it'd be dependent on the course, also, have you tried the website? I know my uni has grade specifications on each course outline!

Yeah might have a look tomorrow and apply for a 2012 course. Reason i rejected last year was because i don't know what course to do.
