Franny is doing a charity run for Cancer Research UK in August.

The challenge he has set himself is to run to each of the 20 Premier League grounds. He's starting with Newcastle and finishing with Southampton.

So far he's already raised just over £2,400 - but I thought people on here might like to help him. He's set himself a target of £1m!

Below is a link to his charity website where he is providing videos, training updates and other information as he prepares for the challenge.

When he is doing the run the website will provide updates and you will be able to track Franny!

Benali and other peoples money are not a good match.
Pity he didn't put as much effort in for all the contractors he's bumped during his failed business ventures.

But at least he is doing it for a very worthy cause.
 
Got into running recently but that is pretty mental, even for him. To get Matty to run it all, they'd need a McD's for him every couple of miles for incentive!

Also, great to see that goal again. Sat in the lower west but at the archers end - couldn't believe my eyes cos I didn't think it could be him that scored!

Think he is starting at Newcastle (as said on video) then zigzagging a predetermined route between every EPL ground finishing at SMS. MLT said he'd do the bit between Liverpool and Everton :) Presumably this will be in one go with some rest periods....be interesting to know how far that is.

p.s. It is 1000 miles (according to website).
 
Good on Franny.

Wonder if he needs any race crew to go along with him (in a car of course). I'd love to rub down a wet sweaty Benali after a day on the road. Stuff of dreams!
