Ben Woodburn is good enough as such old enough. He should fixture more for Liverpool at the senior level. please log in to view this image Your opinion.
I agree, he was class for Wales last night and scored a great goal to win the match. No rush I suppose but he needs game time this season and we need to make sure he is tied to a nice long contract.
He is still very raw and trying to find a position. Solanke coming in is clearly 3rd choice upfront, with Origi being shipped out too. So when Sturridge gets injured, it will be nice to have Solanke and Woodburn as back up.
He's got talent, but not ready yet to feature regularly yet; maybe as a bit-part role in the cups or as a substitute. Got lots to learn.
He's not going to force anyone out but he's a great option from the bench, position wise I think he's an attacking midfielder so could cover for Wjinaldum, Lallana, Coutinho, Chamberlain etc. IMO he'll be better than all but Coutinho within a year.
I agree, the problem he may have is getting on the bench. Because of how good I think he can be we need to get him on there.
He is in the same age Rooney made his mark at Everton. I do not see anything wrong for him to come on last ten minute of the match.
Who will he push off the bench then.. I agree 100% a attacking cm type. You are wrong though about him and coutinho. There a gulf there. Let the lad be a young developing player. Hes nowhere near a 25 year olds level. Heres the issue Fully fit and bothered cms Can henderson coutinho Reserves Oxo Wijnaldum lallana Other: grujic. Then up top. Salah firmino Mane Reserves Solanke and Sturridge.. maybe here he can play Its not too bad. Give him 12 months and a physical development and he will be there. We must see that in preseason his game level wasnt high enough. His current speed of thought etc is not there. Give him time. Taa is physically more able than him so he is in the 18 but he too has a lot to learn.
Again who on our bench is he displacing for you? Rooney at 17 was a brick **** house and everton has a gap foir him. He has to take a bench slot off someone. 1 gk, 1 full back, 1 cb, 2 cms, 2 forwards =7 subs The lads been sat watching on match day cos of this. he will get his chance.
It's a fine balance Firstly he's obviously extremely talented and he's more than aware of this If we don't give him enough game time and keep him satisfied then naturally he could be tempted to look elsewhere for a team that will give him the football he feels he should have and some status in the team If we use him too much his inexperience and immaturity could hurt us Sure that Klopp will have had a chat with him to get a sense of their mutual expectations and bring some understanding to the situation
We should not send players like Ben Woodburn on loan, should accommodate him in our cup competitions and occasional premiership appearances.

Much as I like Little Ben and think he scored a fine goal, am I the only one that thinks the reaction was just a wee bit over the top?
