My opinion of that player in that game hasn't changed from when I was sat at the game, he was quite rightly pulled after 35 minutes and never played for us again, I might not agree with many of Bruce's decision, but I fully back that one.

Okocha didn't track back, but he never looked like he didn't give a ****.

You could argue that looking like he didn't give a **** was one of Okochas strengths. That video of him taking the piss out of Alex Bruce against Ipswich, it was just daft but to see him do it was entertaining.

The problem with Ben Arfa was that he didn't make any meaningful contribution in attack for us, but Bruce was more bothered about distance covered.

He was supposed to be playing behind Jelavic in a 4-4-1-1 in that game, but he decided not to play at all.

He was playing central midfield in a 5-4-1. Bruce pulled him because he let Jonny Evans (I think it was) run past him. Other than that he did little wrong.

It was pathetic scapegoating by the fat twat and a total waste of an enormous talent.

I can only assume you didn't watch it, he was utterly appalling from kick off to the thirty fifth minute when he was pulled.
